EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS
As the military saying goes, “if you ain’t got commo, you ain’t got jack.” Communications are critical. Each household in America should have at least a Tech license and a hand-held HAM radio with the knowledge to use it for local communications.
To function effectively, structural command and control depends on a complex communication network of equipment, personnel and communication protocols to relay information among members.
